Fixed Income Sales & Trading
By providing institutional credit research and overnight liquidity, the Commercial Paper (CP), Investment Grade (IG) and High Yield (HY) desks are engaged in strategic dialogue with institutional investors. Credit Research and Trading align with the verticals of the Investment Bank across IG and HY.
The primary role of the market-making effort is to provide actionable intelligence to the Syndicate desks around investor preferences. Institutional investors include asset managers, pension plans, endowments, hedge funds, and insurance companies.
The Credit Research team's seven senior analysts cover approximately 250 Investment Grade and 160 High Yield credits across the verticals of Truist Securities. Serving as a market maker and research destination is critical to left leading fixed income bonds into the capital markets.
